I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to the Karkela team. I have been in the dental world for 26 years now and have been through a few remodels and new builds, to say the least. Our original build for our New Richmond location was in 2020. Matt Young was our main contact for this project. He was always there, available, and willing to help. All of this was done in a timely fashion which usually does not follow a construction timeline from my experience. Our newest project in New Richmond was an add on to the 2020 build. I was introduced to Chris Coffield who was going to be the main contact for this project. Being that we were onsite practicing out of this location, I spent a lot of time with Chris. He was my “go-to guy” and “Johnny on the spot.” He never batted an eye at anything I asked for, asked about, or needed. I have a tendency to be “type-A” and want perfection all in a timely fashion. Some may describe me as a bit of a handful. Chris greeted me with a smile and an “absolutely” answer. I also listened to him speak with other subcontractors and other team members and always was there for them as well. He went above and beyond helping me with so many things. His work ethic is stellar! The employees I have had the pleasure to work with along with the quality build would have me recommend Karkela to anyone!
